Webhooks let Stardex send events to your own systems when something happens in the workspace (a candidate stage change, a new person, and so on). Setup uses Svix: endpoints, the event catalog, logs, and delivery activity. This is admin only, and it is on Pro+.

Where to find webhooks

Go to Settings → Email & other integrations → API access & Webhooks: stardex.com/settings?tab=email-calendar&section=api-access Scroll to Webhooks. Turn the toggle on, then open the Svix portal. You can also open it in a new tab. Webhooks section on API access & Webhooks Webhooks section on API access & Webhooks API keys for inbound tools (Zapier, custom scripts) are on the same page, above Webhooks. See API Keys. Using the portal

Once webhooks are enabled:
  1. Add an endpoint URL that can receive POST requests.
  2. Pick the events you care about from the catalog.
  3. Use the signing secret to verify payloads.
  4. Check logs and activity if a delivery fails.
