Every firm has context that lives in people’s heads. This client always passes on candidates without PE backing, that company’s comp bands run low - or maybe it’s some other secret sauce only your team knows. You can now save that as team memory, and Ask Dex pulls the relevant bits automatically when you’re working a search. How to access Team Knowledge Base (Admins Only): Settings → Organization → Team Knowledgebase Team Knowledge Base — screenshot 1 First you’ll want to add in your first knowledge item:
  • Click “Add Knowledge”
  • There’s three types of items
    • Criteria Preference: Rules about what to prioritize, require, or deprioritize in a search. Great for adding in “must haves” that are frequently used on searches Team Knowledge Base — screenshot 2
    • Profile Pattern: Traits or experience patterns commonly found in strong candidates. Team Knowledge Base — screenshot 3
    • Company Affinity: Companies, industries, or business characteristics your team considers especially relevant. Team Knowledge Base — screenshot 4
  • Stardex will then feed this information into all the future prompting for Ask Dex and Our Research Agents
